February at the Gateway Visitors Center

Now that February has arrived it is time to enjoy the small things in life.  Some days as I gaze from my window here at the Visitor Center I see a break in the clouds that lasts for a moment, hour, or even afternoon, the sun comes out and the wind drops.  In those times I sometimes glimpse others looking questioningly at the sky for a glint of spring.  It is here, and the plants have seen it.
