It takes place on Cedar Street just a block west of Sequim Avenue. Live music happens weekly between 11 am and 2 pm. Sequim Lavender Festival July 16, 2010 - July 18, 2010 The Lavender is blooming in Sequim, Washington, the Lavender Capital of North America, for the 14th annual Sequim Lavender Festival, Friday, July 16 - Sunday, July 18, 2010, sponsored by the Sequim Lavender Growers Association. With seven farms on tour and one fantastic Street Fair, it is like eight Festivals in one. Set in the breathtaking Sequim-Dungeness Valley, this three day festival is the largest lavender event in North America and the ideal weekend getaway or day-trip. There are also many community activities. |

Driftwood Sculptors Art Show July 16, 2010 - July 18, 2010 The Olympic Driftwood Sculptors will hold a driftwood show & sale from Friday, July 16 thru Sunday, July 18 at the Carlsborg Conference Center, 865 Carlsborg Rd. (across from the Carlsborg Post Office.) Show hours will be 10am to 6pm Friday & Saturday, & 10am to 4pm on Sunday. Free admission. In addition to the display of sculptures, there will be unfinished driftwood for sale. There will also be demonstrations showing the technique involved in finishing the wood. Cameras are welcome. Come join the fun & see what can be made from that piece of found wood! |

42nd Annual Salmon Bake and BBQ August 15, 2010 The Rotary Club of Sequim will host its annual Salmon Bake and BBQ at Carrie Blake Park in Sequim from 12:00 noon to 4:00pm. Enjoy the choice of an Alder wood smoked Salmon or BBQ Pork dinner with all the trimmings. Seating is availabe either inside the Guy Cole Center or outside in Carrie Blake Park. Denny Secord and his "Haywire" band will provide live music while you enjoy a lovely afternoon in the park. And with a little luck you might just win one of several prizes |

This juried exhibition will showcase the work of artists in various areas of contemporary glass art including, but not limited to, blown, cast, fused, kiln-formed, torchworked, pate de verre, stained, mosaic, and sand-carved glass. |
