The Brass Screw Confederacy is the Olympic Peninsula's signature Steampunk event. Set in Port Townsend, a Victorian seaport and arts community on the National Registry, The Brass Screw is a weekend of adventure and art, music and mayhem.

The weekend's itinerary includes a Victorian Boudoir-Saloon, Vendor's Fair, lectures and presentations, and culminates in the Steampunk Hootenanny, a vaudeville show, Saturday night. Bring a sense of adventure and come discover a world that never was.

Pope Marine Plaza in Port Townsend.

4:30-7:30 pm.

It is an all ages venue, plus there is a wine/beer/cider garden.

First Night Port Townsend

The Jefferson County Historical Society is pleased to present the fith annual edition of First Night, Port Townsend’s happiest new tradition. First Night is an alcohol-free New Year’s Eve community celebration focusing on art, culture and heritage. It is organized by JCHS and sponsored by First Federal Savings and Loan. All activities take place in and around Port Townsend’s historic City Hall between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
