NEW GUIDELINES FOR 2013 !!!!!!!

Please read the ALL INFORMATION for applying for a Grant.  Grant applications are reviewed at OPVB Board of Directors meetings each month as long as funds are available.  Grant applications must be submitted for consideration by the first day of the month prior to a scheduled review meeting, usually the third Thursday of the month. Organizations submitting proposals late in the funding year are encouraged to confirm with the OPVB that funds are available before submitting an application.
