Photography Workshop with Art Wolfe
Join Art and learn his world-famous approach to nature photography on this amazing weekend workshop. This course will shape the way you look through the lens as well as how you look at your photographs. Experience the opportunity to work in the field side by side with Art learning everything from how to capture the expanse of a landscape to photographing the smallest detail.
Museum & Arts Center's Saturday Swap Meets
The Museum & Arts Center's Saturday Swap Meets are back by popular demand! There will be five swap meets this summer, held on the fourth Saturday of the month from May through September.
DATES: Saturdays = May 26, June 23, July 28, Aug. 25, Sept. 22
TIME: 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
LOCATION: DeWitt Administration Center field, 544 N. Sequim Ave., Sequim (located directly across from the brick section of Sequim High School)
The cost for renting a 10x10-foot selling space is $20 per swap. THERE IS NO ADVANCE SIGNUP = SELLERS PAY ON THE DAY.

MAC Nite Dinner Auction Fundraiser
Join in an evening of fun, friends, food and fundraising to support the Museum & Arts Center in the Sequim-Dungeness Valley (MAC)! The MAC Nite Dinner Auction is 5 p.m. Saturday, April 28 at the Sunland Golf & Country Club. The event includes a catered dinner, live music by Chez Jazz, and silent and live auctions featuring a variety of quality merchandise, and one-of-a-kind experiences and getaways.
Spring Fling
This will be a fabulous gathering of exclusively local artists and crafters, as well as food producers and growers. There will be hot coffee, pastries and hot tamales!

Join in on this annual Brinnon tradition between the Brinnon Liquor Store at 91 Corey Ln and Johnson Realty at 40 Brinnon Lane.
Kindergarten children from Quilcene and Brinnon will be singing “Yankee Doodle” on the steps of Johnson Realty after the parade. There will be a VFW Awards ceremony and all participating children get free ice cream!

2012 Klallam Earth Day Beach Cleanup Challenge
Earth Day is a day intended to inspire awareness and appreciation for the Earth’s natural environment. In 2012, we have 366 days to protect our local beaches…and two days to help clean them up.
The Klallam Earth Day Beach Cleanup Challenge is a waterfront clean-up campaign with a particular focus on plastics recovery. The main clean-up will happen on Saturday April 21st, and will be followed by a volunteer appreciation event that afternoon at the Landing Mall.
"Spring Into The Future!" Gala Dinner, Dance, and Auction
The Senior Center has plans to build a new and expanded Center to more fully meet the needs of Sequim's Senior population. You can help the Center towards this goal by attending our First Annual Gala Dinner, Dance, and Auction! Appetizers and a Silent Auction will precede the dinner of prime rib or pasta primavera. There will be an opportunity to bid on an array of auction items, including travel destinations. Then dance the night away to the sounds of The Stardust Big Band. Your $50 ticket includes one drink and a chance to win a door prize!
